British Columbia held Targeted draws for Specific NOCs simultaneously with General Draw
British Columbia invited around 180 through General draw including tech occupations, Childcare, Healthcare and other priority occupations to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence through targeted draws on May 17, 2022.
In General draw there were 154 invitations issued to Skilled Worker, International Graduate candidates and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled candidates under the Express Entry BC (EEBC) and Skills Immigration categories. The minimum required score in this draw ranged between 76 and 123 for the five EEBC and SI categories that were involved.
In another draw 21 invitations were issued to Childcare NOC 4214 (Early childhood educators) for Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories, the minimum required score was 62 for candidates in both categories.
<5 invitations were issued to Healthcare sector for Skilled Worker, International Graduate candidates and Entry Level and Semi-Skilled candidates, the minimum required score was 62 for all 3 categories.
<5 invitations were issued to Health care assistants (NOCs 3413) for Entry Level and Semi-Skilled category, the minimum required score was 62 for candidates.
